I'm trying to understand the computer systems, mainly Intelligence/Education and Networking. First off, does a computer get characteristic modifiers based on it's designed Int or Edu? The examples seem to say so. Second, if I network 2 level 15 Computer/8's, do I have a computer that can run 16 levels of programs at once? The examples are not so clear on this. I'm also curious about networking different models of computer, such as a Computer/8 Hand Comp plus a computer/2 weave vacc suit plus perhaps an intelligent weapon computer/1.
