Scoundrels of Brixton

"Phantoms of Unov is on many ways an evolution of the Scoundrels of Brixton series where the substory is not what one would seemingly expect … in a very good way. This evolution of storytelling makes Phantoms of Unov much more than just an setting sourcebook. More so than SD1: Under a Hard Sun and SD2: The Clean Hands, Phantoms of Unov is a true leap to high adventure in ways simple criminals—or player characters—may not expect but most assuredly will enjoy."

mine should be here soon, though a hurricane slowed them down a bit (no damages but lost power for over a week. and as I am on a well, no water. I think flushing toilets are one of civilizations greatest inventions). Still no internet almost 3 weeks later.

Hey there Scoundrels! Jeff Jones, publisher of RPG Ramblings, has given issue four the green light, so I'm able to share a quick update about the series. Here's what we're looking at:
- Focus on two locations in Brixton: the planet Veronica and the various inhabited moons in the outer system
- Detailed background on those locations, similar to Deluvia and Sky City in issue one.
- At least two new factions for each location, with the usual roster of NPCS and an adventure scenario.
- TWO NEW starships, complete with deck plans and stats, each also with an adventure scenario and an NPC.
- Expected launch on Kickstarter sometime this summer.
I will do my best to keep everyone posted and, as always, your interest and support is appreciated.

Explore the criminal underworld of the far future! Scoundrels of Brixton: Savage Frontier is now funding on Kickstarter. Issue four in the series contains even more dangerous locations, adventures, new starships and devious NPCs. As always, Jeff and I appreciate your support. If you're a fan of HARD VACUUM, you'll definitely want to check out Scoundrels. And if you're new to the series, the Kickstarter is the most affordable way to get in on the action.

Could hard Vacuum pdfs be added as an add on?

Backed by the way,
First: Thank you! I'm pretty stoked about this issue and am confident it's filled with loads of fun and useful content. Especially the work from Ian Stead and Grant Richards, who brought my concept designs/ideas for two cool new starships to life.

Second: Jeff and I discussed adding HARD VACUUM issues as Kickstarter add-ons. But it's not gonna happen because HARD VACUUM is sold exclusively on DriveThru, a deal which enables me to earn more royalties.

A reminder on how the sausage is made: Scoundrels of Brixton is a product owned by RPG Ramblings Publishing. I'm a freelancer for Jeff, hired to adapt, develop and create issues for the setting. I get paid a flat rate, regardless if the Kickstarter earns $1 or $1 billion.

HARD VACUUM is my thing, originating in-part because I simply had more ideas than RPG Ramblings had issues to publish, and thought the genre would benefit from more content by independent creators. Which appears to be the case and, despite being a one-man shop with VERY limited resources and funds, I intend to continue. Largely due to the support from guys like you.

If anyone has more questions, hit me up. I'm happy to chime in. And thanks again for helping to keep Scoundrels alive and kicking. You're fabulous.
