zero g martial arts

jac

SOC-7
It seems that most cultures develop some form of martial arts at some point. Since I know nothing about real arts, anybody out there have any thoughts about zero g martial arts? I can just see a crew of hotshot travellers picking a fight with some scrawny belter, only to have their butts kicked. I'm aiming for something specific for CT, but any ideas would be welcome.

Thanks

0GMA are going to be based upon grab then twist, and gaining leverage. They'll look a lot like wrestling mashed up with akido.

Arm Break: difference from terrestrial is the knee to prevent it turning to a rotate opponent.

Shoulder buster: grab wrist, then use it as leverage to plant one or both feet into the opponent's ribcage, which then allows one to pull and dislocate the shoulder. Might also break some ribs.

painmaker: Grab foot, kick along opponent leg.

Kneebend: grab both of opponent's feet, tuck under arms, bring your thighs around knees and squeez.

Tether-ball: while tethered, loop tether into P-bight, put over opponent neck, forearm or foreleg, and launch self as hard as possible. Bounce off opponent on rebound, hopefully aiming feet into gut.

I'd think hand-to-hand it would be more of a combination of Akido and Brazilian grappling. That is you would either use blocks and motion of you and your opponet as energy to throw them off balance or into something or, you would latch on and not let go.
Anything else and you get Newton's laws of physics getting in the way.....
