Would Mongoose do a book like this?

You'd probably have to take almost every Traveller adventure ever made and update them to Mongoose...

Call the book "Amber Zone" and fill it with 2-page adventures. It worked for the original JTAS, make good enough to work here - though I do have a fear that the context has changed enough that it wouldn't work as well.
