Whenever I click on the links in the top bar, the bar goes blank and I don't go anywhere.

Save for the "Introduction" link, the bar still goes blank, but it takes me somewhere.

Menu on the right seems to work ok though.

I'm using Firefox and it opens fine.

Well, this is on Safari 14.

I tried on Safari 14 & it works. A bit differently than Chrome or Firefox in terms of the display but the links all worked for me. Safari does tend to do things differently than other browsers but browsers are like a lot of things: use what works for you. I have about half a dozen browsers I use, but only 3 consistently (I write code, sometimes I like to see how it looks in other browsers. Not everyone interprets the standards the same way. Perhaps we need another standard...queue XKCD )
