Yeah, I bugged Hunter about this once. The reasoning seems to be because it is a short fiction collection it doesn't fit the category of Supplements. You can find it, just not easily.
If you are logged into your eLibrary account and have a subscription it should show up there (I think).
Otherwise you can find it in the general catalog. Click the Home page link at the left top of the page. From there click the Catalog link on the left. On that page you can find it listed under both the PDF Products link and the Fiction link.

A quick google reveals that it's called Grand Endeavour.

In terms of quality, it's OK, but not terrific. I read it once but have felt no urge to read it again.
