What happened to Colony Nth?

I've been flipping through AB's Atlas of Charted Space,
http://www.rossmack.com/ab/rpg/traveller/ChartedSpace/

and have come across the following items:

Colony Four/subsectorM/Zarushagaar 0738 non-alighned
Colony Five/Vestus-subsectorA/Reft 0707 Imperial
Colony Six/Goertel-subsectorJ/Trojan Reach 1221 Aslan
Colony 8/subsector D/Ilelish 2606 Imperial

So we have Colonies 4-6, and 8.
What happened to Colonies 1-3, and 7?

I smell a Babylon 5 plot here!
