Ever notice that in sci fi movies, they often show someone exploding after going out an airlock. This is not correct! It seems to be a reaction to the idea of a person's blood boiling due to lack of pressure.
I think that if you really wanted someone to explode like they show in movies, force a handful of mentos down the offenders throat, then take a 2 liter bottle of diet coke, put it in his mouth, squeeze the contents down his throat, tape the mouth shut, quickly toss the offender out the airlock. The results should look something like what they show in the movies.
