Updating my PSI Chart over the Holliday

I'm trying to make my PSI Chart a bit more extensive.

Opening up the Special Talents. I'm trying to make a d66 table with Special. Don't know how well it will turn out.

I'm trying to incorporate a lot from Book 4: Psion for Mongoose v1. I'm thinkin about adding Task Difficulties to the Chart, too.

Let me know what you think.
