I'm thinking a great item would be a GM screen. I know there's one for Traveller d20 (I've got it!) but one tailored for 2320 AD would be, in a word, sweet. I think the excellent sample that Bryan posted earlier in this forum (the gun-totting gal overlooking a Beanstock) would be an awesome start.
