U gish igiirlaali unidag or perhaps Chash igirrali unidag (in Vulgar Kalaan).

A newly minted Vilani epithet. I haven't even tried to conform it to the Vilani grammar (yet?).

I think it's an example of brevitas for the Vilani.

I'll try to explain the gist of it, though. It means something like:

"an Undesired-Consequence which-is-likely-to-happen and you brought it up in a somewhat ironic fashion as if you don't give a rat's ass if it happens, but you said all of that in a very diplomatic/formal way."

I suppose it derives from a formal pre-Ziru Sirka term for a "Diplomatic Incident" that typically required strong-arming a target insubordinate state.

So it's essentially a title quote from an old diplomatic rulebook pre-dating the ZS.

hm ... given their lack of experience with terran life forms, equating dogs with rats might seem quite natural to vilani.
 
Example context of use.

You're going to submit a ship design change to the owning shipyard. The foreman is a difficult person who has a grudge against you; however, if push ever comes to shove you can pull rank on him. The whole thing will be tiresome, but you want that design change pushed through even considering the pain.

So you talk to a friend at the starport bar. You say:

"I'm submitting a DC-401/a on the Yacht to the Shipyard foreman. Chash igirrali unidag."

This reminds me of an old quote in my business. Paraphrased, “Having that guy here is like losing two good people.”

With all due respect to Rob, I think that I will stick with Elvish and Dwarf from Tolkien.

Edit Note: I forgot my Icelandic phrase book and also Icelandic language books from archive.org. Then there are all of the other phrase books courtesy of the U.S. Army during World War2. Does anyone what to learn Indonesian, or maybe Portuguese as spoken in Brazil?

Friend of mine had a line that caught on... we were dealing with a vendor who had a guy and his trainee sidekick assigned to deal with us.
Mike's comment was : "They're like two clowns with four hands."
