Two interrelated questions

• Does there exist any information already about the Ancient site on Shinuam (2836 Fornast), or, for that matter, on that world in general?
• Is the listing of minor races included in the Traveller 5 Second Survey meant to be exhaustive - that is, there exist no noteworthy minor races in the Imperium that aren't listed there - or does it merely list the ones already established when the data was created?

I'm asking this because I'm considering doing a write-up of an Ancients-transplanted minor race on Shinuam, and don't want to accidentally contradict established canon.

Concerning the second point, it is more or less an exhaustive list. The late Don McKinney had two threads ongoing about items on the map. The first was about cleaning up UWP on the sectors themselves from existing "published" products.

A second thread was kept for cleaning up and placing sophonts which have appeared in "published" products.

The results of these threads appear on travellermap.com. As Don indicated on the first posts, these were more or less established to make a common canon.

From an OTU standpoint, there are still a few sophonts that have NOT been placed yet as you can see from the worksheet at the beginning of the sophont thread, but they are named already. But being on the list to start with means they have already been written up somewhere else...
