How canonical are the sectors and subsectors on the Traveller Map that are to the rimward of the area that is covered in Supplement 10, the Solomani Rim?

Which I do not have, and did not know existed, so for the present, I will ignore it. I just was looking at where to put my sector to the Rimward of Terra, mainly to provide a jump-off world.
