Sure enough the Treaty of New York was signed soon after 9/11. While did not put all the world's armies at the disposal of the UN, did much in the way of putting armed forces at the disposal of the Security Council. With the recent resolutions, even reluctant members are following the lead.
Now if we can get the US to scrap the defense shield that ought to strengthen the UNSCA. But, we still need to see the creation of USSF and meet the Vilani in 94 years...
Or perhaps, the Vilani illumaniti are already amongst us, if we believe some of the GDW sources by GEO....
