The UWP on the T4 GMs screen...

...has some extra digits (4) in the end (after allegiance). However I can't find any references to them anywhere. Not in T4 materials, not even in MT's World Builders Handbook. And they're not in TNE either.

Does anyone know what they're for? And how should they be interpreted and used?

No idea.

However a related question...on the web you can find "allM0.pdf", which is a map of several sectors in Milieu 0. Each hex has the name of the planet, and UWP etc. At the bottom of the hex it has what appears to be the alliegance (Im for imperial, Sy for sylean Federation, Na = non-alligned?) and then on the right side...a number...does anyone know to what the number refers? Is it some sort of trade good code or date of entry into the Imperium?

It's probably the Economic Extension (Ex), detailed in Pocket Empires I believe.

If the second digit is always the UWP's pop digit minus one, then for sure it's the Ex.
