I'm just in the process of picking up the freebie 2300AD from DTRPG and happened to notice that it was also advertising TAs.

Correct. Our PDFs will always be available through our own site. Putting them up at RPGNow and DTRPG is just a matter of exposure. More locations that are products are available, the more eyeballs that have a chance to see and buy them.
Are the T20 products from DTRPG in exactly the same format as the ones available here, or are they DRM-protected? (it makes a difference for some people...)

Yes the ones at DTRPG are DRM protected (this is standard for DTRPG I believe). If you want them without the DRM restriction buy them from our store or RPGNow.com
