T5 travel zone equivalents??

As I was looking at my old pathfinder code, I wanted to update the zone allowances for routing purposes.

I haven't been able to figure out a viable means to "customize" route exclusions based on allegiances or race (Vargr, Aslan, etc.) without a boatload of spaghetti code, or a VERY generic grouping of allegiances.

For example, I know that for Imperials, worlds outside the Imperium should be considered Amber.

For my needs, I don't worry about that at this time.

I do, however, need to clarify the Imperial and Zhodani zone codes for general routing purposes.

OK, the TravMap T5SS data guide lists several travel zones.

It seems that Red (Imp) and Forbidden (Zho) are equivalent, and that Amber (Imp) and Unabsorbed (Zho) may be equivalent.

If not, how do I account for them when it comes to plotting a jump route?

What happened to puzzle and dangerous, listed in T5.09 page 410?

Finally, how does Blue (TNE) fit into the schema?

Info appreciated!

Puzzle and Dangerous are qualifiers, i.e. "Why is this world Amber?" Danger is obvious (based on stats), Puzzle is something unexpected.

(Note that one of the last T5SS data drops from DonM had a rework of these codes; there was some follow up discussion but there hasn't been a new drop with revised data yet.)
