T5 Starship Icons

All over BBB 2 there are icons that represent systems, compartments, armor and crew of a starship.

I'm curious about the intent of these icons. Are they useful for anything? They are hard to draw by hand - is there a library of these icons anywhere?

In my naval fleets app, I figured out how to draw lots of these so they could be used to create a ship icon. Usually using the symbol for the primary weapon or sensor.

If you have the digital files for T5, I'm pretty sure you can dig in there and find the graphics.
