CT, MT, TNE, T4, T20, and what we've seen of T5 all have pretty much the same TL paradigm.
GT conversion should be the same for all of them, but note that there may be a couple minor discrepancies, due to FF&S, with TNE and T4 versus MT-HT and CT.
EG: HG (CT-Bk5 and T20) allows continuous thrust drives at TL7; real world equivalents (Ion-Plasma drives) are about 2 orders of magnitude larger for TL 7-8...
MT-HT has Ion drives, still an order of magnitude better than current, as does TNE, and for that matter, T4, but neither allows the T-plates until TL9, unlike HG.
What little has been seen of T5 indicates the same TL 9 for continuous thrust drives.
