T4 Robot Designs

In the main Rulebook of Marc Millers' Traveller, there are several references of robots in combat but there are no means of designing robots in this Traveller Universe. I have found that the Robot design in the old Classic Traveller Journal for the Travellers' Aid Society have the best method in designing a robot for the T4 Universe. In T4: Central Supply Catalog, there are a few references of standard robots, but none in designing an original robotic design. I recommend using the Ref Notes' in the Best of JTAS in designing Robots for the T4 Universe, because of its simplicity and concept. What do you think?

In the CSC, build the robot like you were building powered armor, then use the the reference to the companion robot to determine the computer rating. If you have the FFS2, you can also use the computer ratings out of that to give the robot a stronger processor.

The robot design rules in the best of JTAS are ok but I still think for robots go with Book 8. If you can't get hold of it you could always get the re-prints instead.
CSC does give rules for building robots, they're just scattered throughout the book.
I believe there is a Traveller's Aide on the way all about robots. Hopefully this will expand on the robot design rules in T20.
