System Index?

I have been looking for this and have not found one. Has anybody created an index of the worlds that have been covered in publications such at JTAS, Adventures, and Double Adventures? Not with info on the system, but where the information can be found?

The only one I've ever found is here:

I can't vouch for its completeness, and it hasn't been updated since, oh, 1998.

If anyone has a more complete list, I for one would love to see it.
