The RECONS 100 nearest star list got updated recently. There are 5 new systems listed there, and apparently 15 more that have been discovered by RECONS. Presumably those extra systems haven't been pinned down accurately yet.
Note that the distance to Teegarden's Star appears to have been nailed down to just over 3 pc, so it's not particularly close to Sol after all.
I haven't updated my nearby stars map yet with the 5 new systems... I'll let people know when I have.
