A minimum type V-b installation would be 200 m³ × 30 people = 6000 m³ ≈ 430 Dt.
Costs are in the errata at between MCr 0.1-1.5 per m³. So the minimum type V-b installation above would cost MCr 0.2 × 6000 m³ = MCr 1200...
A minimum type V-d (producing beef the natural way) would be 1500 m³/p × 75 p = 112500 m³ ≈ 8 kDt and cost 112500 m³ × MCr 1.5/m³ = MCr 168750 ≈ GCr 169. Feeding 75 people that is over 100 Dt and GCr 2 per person...
If we take the errata literally the mass would be 112500 m³ × 200 t/m³ = 22 500 000 tonnes.
I don't think this was quite though through, and even the errata needs errata...
