Where are there instructions in 2300AD or 2320AD for creating your own ships?

In 2300AD I think they are in a separate game called Star Cruiser

2320AD uses a modification of the Traveller D20 design system. The modified rules are not yet available, but will be published at some point.

I scanned Star Cruiser and it seems possible that they will work for now. When the 2320AD rules are published, I will use those to upgrade any ship created with Star Cruiser.
