Serching for info on the Empty Quarter

I am looking for sources for information on the Empty Quarter. I am looking for information on the Rukadukaz Republic, Hegemony of Lorean, and Imperium. I am not looking for a specific time.

I have checked out the traveler.wikia.com. Is this a good site for information? I have the CT CDRom but not sure where to look in them. Does any of the other FFE CDRoms have information in this area?

Also, I might suggest looking for information on the Julian Protectorate, as both the Rukadukaz Republic and the Hegemony of Lorean were member polities of the Protectorate. There is some non-canonical information that might (or might not) be useful included in Jim Vassilakos's GALACTIC program, associated with AMDUKAN sector.
