Scout service culture

A month or two ago, someone wrote about 'scout culture' in one of the threads I read, i.e. attitudes and personal interactions.

I found this to be eye opening, and very apropos for scout characters.

I can't find it now, and would appreciate someone pointing me at the relevant thread.
