Some is available in dead tree through used channels, such as Powell's Books, Noble Knight and eBay.

PDFs will be DTRPG/RPGNow for download, and FarFuture.net, when Marc has the CD-Rom ready. Hunter's already stated it's in the works, just a matter of Marc's time and finances now.
