Question about Weapon Specialization

In the errata, the Mercenary core class (page 46-47) it says to add an asterisk after Weapon Specialization to mark it as a specialized class feat, implying that Mercenaries can take Weapon Specialization. Later in the errata, under Weapon Spcialization (page 113), it states that Weapon Specialization is a specialized feat available only to Army, Barbarians, and Marines. So, can Mercenaries weapon specialize or not?

Yes Mercenaries can take Weapon Specialization.
