Well, he only has to miss the guy wearing the detection system. That's why the buddy system is so important when Travelling...... :smirk:
Don't confuse precision shooter with 'sniper'. The latter is someone who shoots at you from concealment - pretty typical in counter-insurgency and similar operations. He's not necessarily a dead shot.
And as noted, you don't travel alone.

Given the amount of firepower that P.C's usually have, then they've shown some restraint, with said building, i.e it's not a pile of rubble....Don't confuse precision shooter with 'sniper'. Yeah, and that guy's sitting there without a radsuit. Those PCs were real pussies.
