PBeM, need players

i'm going to get the stats on my group for the ship.
The Basis for the Game is that, the IISS DeathWisher is on her madien voyage and has only done one leg of it (from the building yard, taking basic cargo to another for the military and landed on a second world to pick up the rest of the crew, and supplys. The Crew that flew Her so far is the Captian Sevlis,Cheif-engineer Grant(of the IISS Storm, who has returned to the IISS Storm),Captian Barmo(Commander of Ships Troops), Boat pilot Gibeons, and Co-Boat pilot Stevens.
The main Background has hit Tabliod News that a prototype by Interstellar Arms has been stolen with a 2 Orbital weapons as well. These all would seem to need to be destoryed or taken back by any means. A leak has also sprung from Interstellar arms that the are supplying the Interstellar Mafia in the area. It is thought that a Group of Pirates Belong to the Mafia stole the Prototype Ship and Weapons.

Thats the basic background.
 
To Make it simpler for me. Those of whom send me there Characters Before Apirl the 8th. The total Crew is 32 so minus 3 makes 29. I'm going to have all the Marines aboard NPCs. So 11 positions are already filled. leaving at the most 21 positions left which are.

Dreya is 21 years old, has straight brown hair, blue eyes and is 5'7" tall. You can convert that to metric if you like, but I think in Imperial Standard units with regards to personal measurements. Her weight is 102 lb. Her skin is of a pale complexion. She is a scout in detached duty working with the Navy, perhaps she could be a boat pilot, or perhaps she keeps her scout ship in the hangar.

Just to recape on what I have put one the group.
all starting characters start at level 8. Maximum level of 13 maximum Class level of 8. (multiclassing allowed upto 4 different classes)
you cannot take any rifled weapon or higher unless it is a Carbine or Shotgun.
The is a choose of weapons in the Deathwishers Armoury.
and two special items will be given to you by me, eg a specialized tool kit incorperating 3 different tool sets.

Max Character level=11th
Humans any type,Vargr, Aslan and Sydites are the only ones allowed
No Characters May have a level in Nobles or Scouts(the reason being is that all scouts may be called to bring there selves to duty again and this would disurpt the game)(Noble i would not see fighting in a merc outfit)
Only Telepathy, Telekinises and Awarness Shperes are the allowed Psionics.
All characters must have at least one level in Marines or Navy to Repersent basic training to get into the Outfit
Maximum Class level is 8th level
you may not take support, High energy, or rifled weapons except Carbines and shotguns excet noted below.
All Characters may choose on specalist weapon with up to 4xits magazine capacity of special ammunition for free. All weapons will include a special sight system.
 
She was actually a Scout with the Navy, not with the Imperial Scout service, she does have the scout class however. I could make her an ex-scout and add some levels of navy, or marine on top. I guess I could start her at 18, or better yet how about 14 as a Rogue. She could be a runaway teen at 14 and gain 1 level as a rogue and perhaps get caught up in the Navy or Marines while trying to escape from a job gone bad.
