I decided to take a break from fixing up the core rule book and generate a naval character. I ended up with this guy…

I wasn't originally sure he'd do very well in the navy, seeing as he kept getting mechanic skill. Then he got a commission for heroism—I choose to believe this meant fixing the maneuver drive just in time, or something. He discovered the life of an officer and climbed rapidly from that point. It was pretty thrilling to watch. I'm not sure I'll have cause to use him in any of my tentative solo game plans, but still…
 
Neat! I had a character that had lots of skills....all at level one!

He ended up as the groups go to guy due to the fact that he could do pert near anything you needed on a starship...just not very well.

Ended up as a free trader first officer.
