He's an artist alright, complete with utterly impractible ideas. Let's see anyone - including the artist - live in one for any period of time.
A bed/table? Sure, I'm going to eat breakfast on the same surface I just spent the night. Dust, hair, dead skin, and toast crumbs? Sounds great, Skippy!
Sure, you can stack 'em like Habitrails but why would you want to? Unless you have a ladder fetish of some sort. Try carrying dinner from the kitchen pod to your bed/table pod sometime. Or navigating the maze between your bed/table and the toilet pod at 1AM.
You can get pretty much the same results, and with far less materials, by using Quonset huts. They're all on one level and have enough space inside for people to personalize in little ways. The last bit is a big factor in longterm habitability.
Have fun,
Bill
