A resent pick up game I've run may be spawning a full blown regular game. I was initially working off a modified Belt Strike to make things easy for me, but now I'm going to have to do some work to bring together some throw away fluff in to a campaign setting.

basic facts, we have the Pell system inhabited by around 100,000 Belters and their support personnel spread around the various planetoid belts and Trojan clusters, it has a tentative TL of A (mostly imports) and a couple of marginality Class B Starport (each only a mid level accident away from being reduced to D or E). also in system is an agricultural world at TL 5 with a population of between 12,000 & 20,000 with a D class Starport. the Pell system is an unintegrated colony of the Lgn Collective (pronounced Ell-Gee-n) an Imperial client state beyond the Spinward Marches.

the Lgn Collective has five member systems containing twelve inhabited worlds or planetoid belts and an other five unintegrated colony systems (including Pell) for decades they have bean in talks with a Minor-Human race world trying to get them to join and also a Aslan world colonised by Collective Aslan that emigrated to get back to a traditional lifestyle. the Lgn Collective has an average TL of A but has a maximum TL of C found on it's two leading worlds and a third world (via heavy imports), the Collective Navy, Marine Core and Elite Core (part of the Army) are rated TL C, the Army and Naval Auxiliary are rated TL A. the Collective Navy also contains a number of TL E Squadrons acquired from (and maintained with the help of) the Third Imperim as Surplus.
