Is there an updated Traveller Writer's Guide

I have an older copy (pdf) of the Traveller Writer's Guide, but I recall reading that it was being updated. Does anyone know if there was an updated writer's guide available for general consumption?

I'd be interested in getting the 'old' Traveller Writer's Guide even if a new one is in the works (unless it's available now). Can you point me in the right direction please?

It was available in the secret playtest forum before T5 was published. There may be an issue with releasing the old version. I think Don gave a run down on when a "release" version will come out (after the errata), but no dates
