Is there a web based way to PbEM FFW?

Is there a web interface that can be publicly used to PbEM the Fifth Frontier War Wargame?

There was a site that hosted all manner of turn based board games, but the name escapes me. It listed a requirement that each player actually own the game (some copyright or other requirement) but let you set up a shared board for the game. I'm sure I had it bookmarked, a couple computers ago Not sure I can find it but I'll have a look.
