Imperial Lines Fanzine

Hello all,

On another thread they discuss the Imperial Lines fanzine. I have issues 1 and 2, I see references to a #3, My question is "How many issues were there and where can I get copies?"

There were 4 in all I believe. 1 and 2 were published, and I'm not sure that 3 & 4 were.

Coppies are hard to find but 1&2 are on the MT CDROM from FFE in PDF. 3&4 are another matter.

A word with Dom about Marc putting them on the FFE website might be an idea.

Best regards,

Ewan

The last Imperiallines Fanzine was a combined edition: 3/4

It was printed, I have it at home. Sadly, I can't entertain requests for info, as home is where I am not at the mo.

I think it was also on the HIWG CD ROM, wasn't it? A whole of things were there that hopefully Marc will make public domain when T5 comes out. For the CD ROMs has countless veins of good Traveller stuff but lacks an index and organization to make it all work.

I, too, have a copy amongst my RPG magazine collection that I purchased off eBay years ago. And, what I recall it was on a subscription basis only when Challenge went through a hiccup stage before dying out. Or was it Traveller that was hiccuping... One can never tell as the Canadian RPG market has its own logic.

These are from the HIWG CD rom I downloaded...

I've got 1 and 2, I'd like to find 3/4. I'd also like to find issue's 5 and beyond of Signal GK, and Most of the Coreward fanzines, and if anyone knows of anyother good material I'd be interested.

I see many fanzines listed on the Traveller Bibliography that I don't have but am not sure of the quality/content.

I think it was also on the HIWG CD ROM, wasn't it? A whole of things were there that hopefully Marc will make public domain when T5 comes out.

Don't expect this. Nothing GDW produced, or the third party licensees whose IPs have reverted to the licensor (Gamelords, FASA) produced, is in the public domain.

I'm just posting this to make sure no one gets the wrong impression.

I have them on my HIWG CD (*) but they don't have any formatting and layout: each is just one big block of ASCII text. Is this the only form they exist in or does anyone have the 'proper' versions?

* = As I understand it the HIWG CD is constantly updated, so what is on your CD depends on when you got it.
