i was woundering if in this section it is apropate to discuss human sub-clutures like the Irklan (Keith Douglass 1985) or is it ristricted to true minor races? i was woundering as i over the years have come up with what i think are some nice expansions on Mr. Douglasses work orignaly seen in JTAS No.23
