I need answers!!!! :)

I am slightly disturbed. After my last post, I went to Far Future and preordered the T5 CD. I then attempted to join the super secret forum for people who preordered. I was then told my email address was not forewarded to the administrator, and I only have one email address. I have a paypal reciept saying I have paid money, but no conformation letter from Far Future. I sent an email voicing these concerns from the address given to me by paypal, and have recieved no response. What is going on? Have they stopped making this product and failed to mention it? I am not adverse to preordering a product with an indefinate release date, but I feel I should be getting some response. Can anyone tell me what is going on? Do I need to get a refund? Can someone mention this to Marc if he doesnt read this forum? Any help would be most appreciated.

Seriously, Marc is not terribly tech savvy nor a daily computer type, according toseveral posts.
 
Hehe, im trying to be patient, but I start to worry when I am poorer with nothing to show for it, including just a "yeah, we got your money, will keep in touch" :)

Seriously, just drop him a line if you want a refund. He responded to my request quickly. Naturally I will be re-purchasing the product when it is released.

I really feel for Marc; I bet he is one busy guy.
 
I'd hoped you'd respond to my PM about your e-mail, rather than posting in a forum I don't really monitor.

On the other hand, you mention above that you tried to reach Marc about your confirmation, and you haven't received that either, which is probably why you aren't on MY list.

None of which helps you; however, since I'm now aware of the double disconnect, I CAN help you.

I'm assuming you still want T5 if we can just straighten this out, so let me see if we can get this fixed. Either way, e-mail me directly at don.mckinney@gmail.com and let me know.

I'm the T5 Forum Moderator, and I have the master lists for who is supposed to be in and not, so on CoTI, I suppose I'm the person to contact for T5 ordering issues.

Apparition - I haven't received an e-mail from you yet, but I did hear from Marc, who confirmed you. I'll sort the lists out with him, but I've added you in the meantime.

If that isn't the answer you were wanting, e-mail me and I'll figure out what to do next.
 
Thank you very much for your help :) This is exactly the answer I was looking for :) I have no problem with the fact that I preoredered and wont recieve it until an undisclosed time, I just wanted to make sure that my payment wasnt lost in the shuffle :)
 
Well, I don't get payments, I'm just the T5 forum guy.

But you're taken care of, and at the moment, the join requests queue is empty.
