I was looking up Research Station Gamma, and was about to head to Travellermap.com, but Chrome popped a privacy warning. Is there someone I can report this to?

The warning is specific to chrome, but still an interesting problem in the communications between the wiki and TravellerMap.

I've got it straightened. This was a problem on the wiki side. I've updated the templates, which should take a little time to propagate. If you are not seeing the iframe in the sector pages, please try doing a page refresh to pickup the changes to Javascript too.
