I'm interested in hearing high-level comments on the new version, as it sits now. Don't need to hear about broken details; that's what the errata and errata discussion threads are for.
My first comment is the index. Goodness gracious this is an improvement! The ToC seems a bit more robust as well. Looking much better in both areas. Thanks for all the hard work, guys!
