Help with orbit distances

If anyone can supply the distances for orbits in the system generation rules, I'd very much appreciate it.

I don't have all of my books with me, and I think the distances may be in the Ref's Companion.

I'm trying to diagram a system surrounding a K2V star. I need the distances for orbits 0-9. Well, not all of them - here's how the planets fell out:

orbit 0: Size S planet
orbit 1: Size 2 planet
orbit 2: Size 7 mainworld w/ 1 satellite
orbit 3: empty
orbit 4: planetoid belt
orbit 5: Small GG w/ 6 satellites
orbit 6: empty
orbit 7: Large GG w/ 6 satellites
orbit 8: empty
orbit 9: Size 7 planet w/ 2 satellites
