Many thanks for the message, Kelly! I’ve had to reregister with COTI, so will post a reply to the thread in a couple of days once I am given access.
The problem is authentication of the DNS. I switched to a new domain name with my provider (zozergames.com) and never received a confirmation email from the site, despite numerous attempts. I thought I had solved the issue, but obviously not. I have submitted a fresh ticket with my provider to try and get the issue of DNS verification sorted.
Would you mind posting on the COTI thread to this effect for me?
