I purchased GURPS Nobles via e23 last night, and couldn't DL the thing. I sent SJ Games an email, but haven't heard anything as yet. What's the typical turn around time for a response?

Given that it's a holiday, I'd say no sooner than thursday. Quite possibly friday or even monday. But ONLY because of the holiday. Normally, expect a response within 36 hours.

Note also: assuming you created an e23 account before purchase, and purchased using it, you can just log into the account and try the download again.

Well GT Nobles is supposed to be the definitive guide to how nobility in the 3rd Imperium works for both the GTU and the OTU up to a certain unknown moment

I've found it to be one of the most informative and useful books written for the 3rd Imperium setting.
