They look nifty framed and if you're lucky give you a yearly pittance, but how do you go about improving Land Grants? I'm leaning toward modifying the portfolio rules in MgT1e's Book 08 - Dilettante (pg 40-43) as a starting point, but if anyone has better ideas I'm open to suggestions, particularly toward investments, developing resources, possible pitfalls, etc.
