GT: Interstellar Wars listed (Gurps 4E)

from the page three of the current PDF catalog of SJG (which I assume is the same as the printed version) found on this page:

• February: GURPS Traveller: Interstellar Wars, by Jon Zeigler, Loren Wiseman, and Paul Drye. Explore the history of the Traveller universe! With rules to bring Traveller into Fourth Edition.

That would be February of 2005. The file also has tidbits of the layout, etc. for 4E and it looks like e23 is finally taking off and GT is mentioned in the list of lines adventures and mini-sourcebooks planned for it (p. 23).

Looking good to see IW on the lineup and also to have 4E update rules. However it doesn't specifically state IW will be a Powered by Gurps title. Also by that time new versions of Gurps' Character Builder, Vehicle Builder, and GURPS Lite will have been out for months so running GT in 4E should be quite doable before then I'd think. Vehicles is evidently going to be very different from 3E although I doubt it will go to Metric and Description based ala BESM. ^_^

Does anyone know when Intersteller Wars playtest files will be available (over at SJG), or have they been and gone/ not yet posted?

Well, if the playtest happens before August it will be limited to people with NDAs. I suspect the playtest will be sometime after that, however.
