The GRiP map has been one of the rather disappointing features in GRiP, but with the help of another application this aspect of GRiPing may breath new life  
 
It's an application called MapTool
MapTool is an elegant graphical tool to share maps (images) and map data (drawings, markers, grid placement) in a client/server fashion between multiple players.
All the advantages of the GRiP Chat/character sheet features will be supplemented by the smooth visual interaction on MapTool.
The best of both worlds
		
	 
It's Java based and it is FREE!
