If you like it, I'm going to add two features right away: The page number column will get numbers, and any posts that refer to more than one errata will be split into the various entries.
However, both of those I'm going to do by hand unless (or until) I can figure out a way to code it. So, I'm going to request that people use one post per errata and include the page number in the subject of the post.
So, if you like it, I'm going to add a post every time I update the file, telling people where the latest summary is.
Finally, if you like it and also think others can use it, I'll add a post to the errata thread every time I update the file. That way, people don't have to read through all the previous posts to see if theirs is already mentioned.
