Flux for orbits table

There's a table on page 432 (repeated on page 80) to generate mainworld (MW) orbits, habitable zone (HZ) variance, and close and far satellite orbits.

Do you roll one flux and then read across the line for all four values? Or, do you roll 4 times, once for each column?

Once on Mainworld, Once on HZ variance and once on the appropriate Satellite Orbit column if required from the roll on the Mainworld column
