I use a spreadsheet I created years ago in Lotus 1-2-3. Each time I dust it off I make some more motifications. It's not necessarily user-friendly, but if you are interested in a copy, email me off list. Also, I'm not sure how many "house rules" are built in. I don't think there are any ... but I have added several "add ons" from other DGP/GDW sources.
