Coreward Vargr states

I don't see a frontier Sector having that many 'dieback' colony attempts. I'll go back and re-assign the Capital Trade Classification, Cp = subsector, Cx = polity, Cs = Sector (a useless code in the Extents). I must have misread

http://wiki.travellerrpg.com/Trade_classification

Live from Serue (Knoellighz 1221), this is the Pakkrat.

Edit: The first world I can see worthy of a Dieback (Di) code is...

1127 Thueknorrurr (Kn 1127) B679002-A Lo Ni {1} None None K - 315 0 Vx F9 V D

...and here's why to my initial imagination. A 90% hydrosphere typhoon destroyed the initial colony, washing the ruins off the seamount island coastal shelf. Ascendancy Pact has yet to recoup the lost investment to try again.

David Drazul (DeD), who visits this site once in awhile, generated some (all?) of the maps of the Extents. How much, or to what degree, it is considered canon is up in the air.

I have also modified David's data to some extent, although my edits are not on Travellermap, and since David is active, I have become reluctant to go changing things, and am unsure on how to proceed.

In general, the dot maps and empires described from V&V are canonical, while David's data is fine unless there's a reason for changes (and we always have reasons); also there are some errors in the data, which for example Pakkrat has corrected recently.

So there are four, at least: David, you, Pakkrat, and me.

Perhaps we should hold a meeting. I'll send a PM to the other two and ask them to join us on this topic.

I have also developed a lot of data for the Extents.

Shalom,
Maksim-Smelchak.

And don't forget Condottiere, creator of the "All Things Vargr" thread.
